A top-tier Chinese insurer is looking for a marketing expert with marketing analytics, product proposition & strategy, and product marketing experience to develop the digital marketing plan for the Chinese and Hong Kong markets.
Your new role
Develop and refine product propositions that resonate with the target audience in both Hong Kong and China.
Create and implement effective digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation.
Design and manage the digital marketing roadmap, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and market trends.
Develop and execute detailed digital marketing plans, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and online advertising campaigns.
Conduct market research and analysis to stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences in both Hong Kong and China.
Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and customer service, to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.
What you'll need to succeed
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Minimum 10 years of experience in marketing, with a strong track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
Extensive working experience in both Hong Kong and China markets.
In-depth knowledge of Chinese digital marketing trends and platforms.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Proficient in written and spoken Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin) and English.
