Your new company

Our client is an MNC and the leader in the energy business in Hong Kong. They have the most energy projects implemented in HK and require a person to lead, manage and oversee the full P&L of the company. That includes the project team, O&M team, tender, profitability, performance, expenditures and 100 staff.

Your new role

This role requires you to contribute in both areas to Business Development and Operations.

● Renewal and/or extension of the ongoing O&M contracts
● Develop and implement effective business development strategies to drive company growth, including to win new public O&M contracts and upcoming projects
● Develop and maintain a harmonious working relationship with the government officials for the smooth and effective execution of the project
● Oversee all projects in collaboration with Project Managers to ensure each performs in line with the overall objective of contracts
● Ensure thorough knowledge and understanding of the contract for all assigned projects
● Take ownership of projects and project issues
