Your new role
- Deliver professional medical insurance services to customers.
- Address customer enquiries and provide comprehensive support to brokers and agencies.
- Negotiate terms with clients and prepare quotations.
- Offer quality post-sales services related to product features.
- Follow up with customers to collect outstanding premiums.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues.
- Manage the medical insurance team.
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Banking and Financial Services.
- Passed IIQE Examinations Papers 1, 2, and 3.
- 5–8 years of sales and marketing experience in group medical insurance.
- Excellent service attitude and outgoing personality.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua.
- Self-motivated, independent, and able to work under pressure.
- Familiarity with MS Office applications.
- Immediate availability is highly preferred.
