Your new role

• Deliver professional medical insurance services to customers.
• Address customer enquiries and provide comprehensive support to brokers and agencies.
• Negotiate terms with clients and prepare quotations.
• Offer quality post-sales services related to product features.
• Follow up with customers to collect outstanding premiums.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues.
• Manage the medical insurance team.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Banking and Financial Services.
• Passed IIQE Examinations Papers 1, 2, and 3.
• 5–8 years of sales and marketing experience in group medical insurance.
• Excellent service attitude and outgoing personality.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua.
• Self-motivated, independent, and able to work under pressure.
• Familiarity with MS Office applications.
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.
