• An expanding regional corporate bank is looking for an experienced and dynamic Head of Finance to lead their finance team. The successful candidate will oversee all financial functions, including regulatory reporting, financial reporting, financial accounting, and MIS support. This role is crucial in ensuring the financial health and regulatory compliance of the bank.

Your new role

• Lead and manage a team of 15 finance professionals.
• Oversee regulatory reporting to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Manage financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Supervise financial accounting activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Provide MIS support to enhance decision-making processes.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to support the bank's growth and profitability.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of financial goals with overall business objectives.
• Maintain strong relationships with regulatory bodies and external auditors.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience as Head of Finance or similar role in a Chinese corporate bank.
• Strong understanding of financial regulations and reporting requirements.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to read and write Chinese fluently.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
