• Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with the institute’s goals.
• Design and manage IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and cloud services.
• Ensure a balance between in-house and cloud-based solutions.
• Create and enforce information security policies.
• Select and manage key business applications (HR, Finance, Manufacturing etc.)

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field; MBA is a plus.
• 10+ years of IT experience, with 5+ years in senior management.
• Proven experience in IT strategy and infrastructure development.
• Knowledge of current IT trends and best practices.
