A well-known IT leader corporation which provides technical support, cybersecurity and IT solutions etc businesses. They are looking for talented Helpdesk Team Lead for their IT team.
Your new role
Architect and design the ongoing evolution of the desktop and laptop PC industry's standard operating system with hardware makers
Automate processes, adapt systems to new security needs, and take part in the architecture and design of both new and old systems.
Collaborate closely with business units and users to develop and execute EUC technology solutions
Oversee service providers and vendors for project deliverables, technical support tasks, and solution planning.
What you'll need to succeed
3+ years relevant working experience in End User Support or Help desk Operation
Experience in Window Server, Office 365, Azure Active Directory, PowerShell, Teams and Mobile Device Management
Familiar with IT Support Operations and vendor communication
Good Command of Chinese and English, Putonghua is an advantage
