Your new role

• Responsible for end-to-end recruitment process
• Discuss with hiring managers to understand job requirements
• Attract job applicants through social media and creating job advertising
• Responsible for conducting direct sourcing and screening potential talents
• Handle interview arrangement, package proposal preparation, offer extension / negotiation
• Support regional HR projects, including Australia, Singapore, China, and Korea
• Assist on ad hoc tasks

What you'll need to succeed

• 8+ years of experience in Human Resources, focusing on TA function
• Experienced in the banking and financial services industry
• Good command of English and Mandarin
• Bachelor’s degree holder
