• Manage server, database and network infrastructure

• Conduct system monitoring, performance tuning, disaster recovery and capacity planning

• Liaise with consultants and other teams on project implementation

• Resolve incidents and problems and liaise with vendors as necessary

• Handle Service Request and Change Request

• Data Center and Server Room administration

• Prepare and maintain related documentation and operation manual

• Tasks must meet both agreed SLA and Cyber Security compliance

• Working on flexible hours during urgency

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience in Microsoft Windows Configuration (AD, DHCP, Group Policy)

• VMWare, VM backup and restore operation, SAN technology

• Email routing and security protection

• Basic knowledge in Global Networking and VoIP system

• Good communication and interpersonal skills, fluency in English and Chinese

• Responsible, self-driven, goal achieving, a good team player

• Cloud infrastructure and Office 365 environment

• Experienced with Powershell scripting and automation workflow will be considered first

• Knowing Linux OS is a plus

• High Diploma or above holder in IT or related disciplines

• Minimum 3 years’ IT working experience in sizeable firm with infrastructure operation, system administration and support on Microsoft Window and VMware platform
