Your new company

• The largest multinational retail company which provides health and beauty products is looking for a talented IT Engineer (EUC) for their IT team.

Your new role

• Design and support the standard operating system of desktop and laptop PCs using Microsoft's most recent innovations as devices move from the domain to Azure connected devices.
• Automate procedures, adapt systems to new security standards and take part in the architecture and design of both new and old systems.
• Plan and execute EUC technology solutions that fulfil business needs by collaborating closely with users and business divisions.
• Oversee suppliers and service providers for technical assistance, project deliverables, and solution planning.

What you'll need to succeed

• 5+ years of Infrastructure Engineer or Support related experience
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft products, including O365, Window Server, MDM, Azure AD, Intune, Powershell, Teams and Sharepoint Online etc.
• Knowledge in Network Support is an advantage
• Possessed certificates such as MCSE, ITIL, ITSM tec would be a huge advantage
• Fluency in Chinese and English
