Your new role

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail banking clients.
• Understand clients' financial needs and provide tailored banking solutions.
• Cross-sell banking products and services to meet clients' needs.
• Monitor and manage client accounts to ensure compliance with bank policies and regulations.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve client issues promptly.
• Collaborate with other bank departments to enhance the overall client experience.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the bank's growth objectives.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. (Secondary Academic will also considered)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Sales-oriented with a track record of achieving targets.
