A multinational engineering company is looking for a Maintenance Manager to over the repair, maintenance & operations of one of their facilities with major focus on machinery and equipment like cranes, diesel generators, earth moving equipment.

Your new role

• Responsible preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, daily operations of machinery plant and equipment
• Ensure data compliance in CMMS system
• Responsible for the performance standard of site contractors and internal employees, including frontline operations
• Provide corresponding training to internal staff to ensure performance is up to company standard
• Manage budget and cost reporting

What you'll need to succeed

• 7 years or above experience in plant/ facility maintenance
• High Diploma or above in engineering disciplines
• Experience in Heavy Diesel Machines, Earth Moving Equipments, Cranes and Engines;
• Experience with CMMS system

What you'll get in return
