My client (statutory body, government funded) is looking for someone at the Assistant Manager to Manager level to lead an ERP change program. This role would involve developing an ERP system from scratch, covering modules such as HR, Finance, Procurement, and Inventory, and reporting to the Head of Application.
Your new role
- ERP Development: Lead the design and implementation of a new ERP system from the ground up.
- Module Integration: Ensure seamless integration of HR, Finance, Procurement, and Inventory modules.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with various departments to gather requirements and ensure the ERP system meets their needs.
- Project Management: Oversee the project timeline, budget, and resources to ensure successful delivery.
- Change Management: Drive the change management process to ensure smooth adoption of the new ERP system
