Manager/ Associate, L&D, HR, Banking
Your new company
We are partnering with a bank, and they are looking for a L&D/ Talent Management Manager to join their dynamic team.
Your new role
- Plan L&D activities and implement talent development programs, and assist in driving organization development
- Drive corporate strategic planning in organization development to ensure HR initiatives to align with business objectives and company growth
- To drive and lead a variety of bank-wide learning initiatives and BUs/SUs specific projects (e.g. Learning Roadmaps implementation)
- To keep abreast of new development in the statutory obligations of the Bank
What you'll need to succeed
You will have at least 8-10 years of experience in L&D preferably in Banking / Financial Services. You will be a team player and master your strong problem-solving and communication skills. Fluency in English and Chinese is required.
