A globally recognised composite insurance company that has a strong presence in Life and Health capabilities is looking to expand their current customer journey capabilities. To cope with their rapid business expansion in Hong Kong, they are looking for a passionate Manager, Business Analysis and Project Management to support them.

Your new role

• Providing end to end digital solutions to different business users in an agile manner
• Participate in a range of project initiatives such as transformation, operation excellence and system enhancement
• Manage and facilitate project lifecycle between various stakeholders
  
  

What you'll need to succeed

• 5 – 6 years of experience within Insurance Project Management
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills in Cantonese and English
• Has experience in digital transformation, customer journey, customer-facing platforms
