Your new role

• Deliver high-quality service to assigned accounts through agency or direct channels.
• Meet individual targets for new business production and policy retention.
• Offer professional and technical expertise to both the agency and clients.
• Gather and utilise customer feedback to enhance satisfaction.
• Train and develop team members or subordinates.
• Undertake additional responsibilities and duties as assigned by the immediate manager to fulfil business needs.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's degree.
• 3–5 years of experience in employee benefits.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with agencies and clients.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for liaising with agencies and clients.
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
