Your new role
- Deliver high-quality service to assigned accounts through agency or direct channels.
- Meet individual targets for new business production and policy retention.
- Offer professional and technical expertise to both the agency and clients.
- Gather and utilise customer feedback to enhance satisfaction.
- Train and develop team members or subordinates.
- Undertake additional responsibilities and duties as assigned by the immediate manager to fulfil business needs.
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor's degree.
- 3–5 years of experience in employee benefits.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with agencies and clients.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for liaising with agencies and clients.
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
