Job Description:
They are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Financial Reporting Manager to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the financial reporting process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing insightful financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review financial statements and reports in accordance with local and international accounting standards.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Coordinate with various departments to gather and analyze financial data.
- Provide detailed financial analysis and insights to support management decisions.
- Manage the annual audit process and liaise with external auditors.
- Implement and maintain effective internal controls over financial reporting.
- Stay updated on changes in accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional accounting qualification (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) is required.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in financial reporting, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
- Strong knowledge of local and international accounting standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
