Your new company

My client is seeking a long-term part-time admin staff with work experience in human resources.

Your new role

  • Organising and filing business documents, government correspondence, Hong Kong tax invoices, important records and any other administrative duties
  • Manage human resources updates, including but not limited to staff record updates, employment contracts, MPF contributions and taxation
  • To provide general clerical and administrative support to the team
  • To prepare different kinds of reports
  • To maintain the filing system for the department

What you'll need to succeed

  • Higher Diploma/ Degree holder in any discipline
  • 1-3 year's working experience in Human Resources is preferred.
  • Good command in written English and Chinese
  • Proficient in MS Office, e.g. PowerPoint, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
  • Immediately available is an advantage
