My client is seeking a long-term part-time admin staff with work experience in human resources.
Your new role
- Organising and filing business documents, government correspondence, Hong Kong tax invoices, important records and any other administrative duties
- Manage human resources updates, including but not limited to staff record updates, employment contracts, MPF contributions and taxation
- To provide general clerical and administrative support to the team
- To prepare different kinds of reports
- To maintain the filing system for the department
What you'll need to succeed
- Higher Diploma/ Degree holder in any discipline
- 1-3 year's working experience in Human Resources is preferred.
- Good command in written English and Chinese
- Proficient in MS Office, e.g. PowerPoint, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
- Immediately available is an advantage
