As a Pest Control Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of pest control technicians to ensure the delivery of high-quality pest control services to our clients.

Your new role

• Supervise and lead a team of pest control technicians.
• Recruit, train, and coach team members to maintain high service standards.
• Schedule and assign jobs to optimise team productivity.
• Ensure all services are performed in accordance with company protocols and industry standards.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain service quality.

• Handle ad hoc and emergency service requests efficiently.

• Lead initiatives to improve service processes and adopt new technologies.

What you'll need to succeed

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in pest control, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in using digital tools and software.
• Proactive, customer-focused, and results-oriented.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and grow customer relationships.
