Our client, a well-known insurance firm, is looking for a Project Manager to oversee projects including new product revamp and operational enhancement.
Your new role
• Oversee product release and operational enhancement projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency and user experience.
• Develop project plans, allocate resources, and manage timelines. Ensure successful delivery within budget and quality standards.
• Collaborate with the business owner to align stakeholder expectations.
• Apply agile principles to project management.
• Engage with business, IT teams, and external vendors.
• Monitor project progress, risks, and dependencies effectively.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards. Conduct testing and validation as needed.
What you'll need to succeed
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, or a related IT discipline.
• Hands-on Project Management experience.
• Solid stakeholder management skills
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on IT project management/business analyst experience, preferably in transformation projects in insurance companies.
• Strong in project management lifecycle & methodologies (e.g., PMP, SDLC, Agile, etc.) from initiation to project delivery.
• Ability to collect, analyse, and communicate business requirements with different stakeholders.
• Good storytelling and communication skills with management.
• Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
