Craft detailed project plans to share with clients and team members.
Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from analyzing business needs and defining system requirements to planning, scheduling, managing costs and quality, and preparing documentation.
Communicate project updates clearly to all stakeholders.
Collaborate with project governance on performance and change management.
Coordinate and supervise the project team in Hong Kong and offshore.
Manage project risks and handle ad-hoc tasks as needed.
Job Requirements:
Preferred: Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Preferred: PMP, PMI-ACP, or Agile certification.
At least 10 years of project management experience in corporate or enterprise environments.
Skilled in SDLC project management and business analysis.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills.
Proficient in written and spoken English, Chinese, and Putonghua.
Preferred: Experience in SI and pre-sales.
Preferred: Technical background.
Candidates with less experience may be considered for the Assistant Project Manager role.
