Your new role

This position serves as a critical role in a sizeable P&C product and underwriting lead, where this role will be responsible for leading the underwriting activities for the Motor portfolio in Hong Kong. You will be tasked with:

• Oversee the underwriting activities and ensure the quotations for new / renewal businesses are delivered in a timely manner;
• Manage a sizeable motor portfolio and meet the business objectives set by the senior management team;
• Responsible for taking the lead in various business initiatives and special projects related to product development, pricing, and process improvement;

What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in P&C / Motor underwriting;

• Experience in people management with strong communication skills and stakeholder management;

• IIQE 1 & 2;

• Professional proficiency in English and Chinese;
