Your Role

As the Retail Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the upcoming new shops and driving their success. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing the operations of new and existing retail shops in Hong Kong

• Assisting in the development and launch of new shop concepts

• Managing and analysing sales reports to drive performance improvements

• Providing valuable marketing insights based on retail trends and customer behaviour

• Ensuring consistent brand standards and customer service across all locations

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement marketing strategies

• Developing and managing budgets for retail operations

• Training and mentoring shop staff to maintain high performance standards

What You'll Need to Succeed

• 8+ years of relevant experience in retail operations management, preferably in the F&B or beverage industry

• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple retail locations

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends

• Experience of new store openings and concept development

• Excellent leadership and team management abilities

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in Cantonese and English; Mandarin is a plus

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field
