Your new role
Complete the sales targets issued by the company within the designated area
Implement the company’s marketing strategies and sales policies
Provide product support to distributors and assist distributors to achieve sales targets
Develop/establish and maintain good distribution and business channels in the region
Establish and maintain long-term relationships with customers and improve customer satisfaction
Use sales tools to collect/analyse market conditions in the region, look for potential opportunities, and provide accurate market forecasts
Carry out and organise marketing and sales activities in the responsible area
What you'll need to succeed
Bachelor degree or above, medical or engineering background is preferred;
More than 3 years of medical device/consumables distributor management experience or direct sales experience
Have a high degree of integrity and professionalism and comply with relevant company regulations.
Strong market development and communication skills and excellent negotiation skills
English, Cantonese and Mandarin can be used as working languages, proficient in computer operations, with excellent internal and external communication skills.
Teamwork skills (including the ability to find and utilise various resources to achieve goals); good presentation skills; the ability to withstand corresponding pressure and the willingness and ability to learn on one's own.
