Your new role

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.

• Analyse and map business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimisation.

• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for IT solutions

• Work closely with the IT development team to ensure that solutions meet business needs and are delivered on time.

• Conduct feasibility studies, cost-benefit analyses, and risk assessments for proposed projects.

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and documentation

• Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and the IT development team.

• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide support during implementation and post-implementation phases

• Monitor and report on project progress, resolving issues and managing risks as needed

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business analysis and IT solutions.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 2+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst or similar role.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Experience with project management methodologies and tools.

• Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
