Our client, a leading Medical and Healthcare giant, is now looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join their team to cope with the digital transformation and business expansion.

Your new role

• Collaborate with the team leader to create and implement the product development roadmap for digital solutions, such as internal operating systems, mobile apps, and other tools that support the group’s medical and retail operations and business growth.
• Engage with business and operational stakeholders to identify and analyse problems and opportunities, review processes, and gather, analyse, and document business requirements.
• Perform feasibility studies and gap analyses.
• Work closely with UI designers and programmers to drive the development of digital solutions, including creating requirement specifications, wireframes, and facilitating development discussions.
• Conduct user acceptance testing, including planning, preparing, creating, and executing test cases.
• Develop training materials, conduct training sessions for end users, and support business implementation.
• Assist with project coordination and administrative tasks as needed.

What you'll need to succeed

The successful candidate should have over 3–5 years of relevant experience in business analysis or system analysis, and lead the delivery of an IT/digital solution, with a relevant Bachelor's Degree. Strong communication and presentation skills in end users, vendor and stakeholder management. Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese. Proficiency in Mandarin would be an advantage.
