Senior HRBP (Family Office | $120k/ mth)
A Chinese Family Office is hiring.
A strategic and hands-on role responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the organization’s goals. This role requires a deep understanding of need of senior executives and manage global HR functions effectively.

- Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with senior executives to develop and implement HR strategies that drive productivity and growth.
- Policy Development: Research, develop, and implement HR policies that support business objectives and improve the employee work environment.
- Global HR Collaboration: Work closely with international HR teams to manage key HR functions such as talent acquisition, performance management, compensation, and career development.
- Consultation and Mentorship: Act as a counselor and consultant to business leaders, translating business requirements into effective HR initiatives.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive enhancements.
- Issue Resolution: Address and resolve employee relations issues in collaboration with HR and other department managers.
- Compensation and Rewards: Oversee employee rewards and compensation policies to ensure competitiveness and fairness.
Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree
- 15- 20 year of experience in HR
- Experienced in working with family office or Chinese Enterprise`
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
- Willingness to travel to UK and SEA
