Your new company
My client is a Pan-Asian Real Estate firm with a vast and broad portfolio of projects that is looking to grow their business by hiring another senior lawyer to join their team.
Your Role
- Provide legal support on land and development matters as well as other operational issues in Hong Kong
- Support the business’s real estate related transactions
- Provide guidance to and supervision of junior members in the legal team
- Work on M&A and other investment/divestment transactions
Requirements
- Qualified solicitor in Hong Kong
- 10 years of post-qualification experience or above
- Solid real estate experience is a must
- In-house experience preferred but not absolutely required – business acumen and commercial sense being the key
- Business proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese
