Job Description:
They are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join their Group Reporting team. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, as well as managing and analysing financial data to support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review group financial reports in compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Coordinate with various departments to gather and consolidate financial data.
- Analyse financial information to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy in financial reporting systems.
- Assist in the development and implementation of reporting processes and systems enhancements.
- Support ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting projects as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional qualifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA) are preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial reporting, accounting, or related roles.
- Banking experience is a must
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in financial analysis and data management tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
