Your new role
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with high-value clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention.
- Analyse clients' financial needs and objectives to recommend tailored financial solutions, products, and services.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of services and products with clients to secure profitable agreements.
- Work closely with internal teams, such as product development and marketing, to enhance client engagement and service delivery.
- Mentor and guide junior relationship managers and support staff, promoting best practices in client management.
- Prepare and present business reviews and reports to senior management, highlighting client portfolio performance, risks, and opportunities.
- Manage and resolve complex client issues and complaints, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Represent the organisation at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to build professional relationships and identify new business opportunities.
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in relationship management.
- Proven track record of managing high-value client relationships and achieving business growth.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to analyse financial data and develop strategic solutions.
- Leadership experience with the ability to mentor and guide junior staff.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
