Our client, a Global Leading Electronic Manufacturer, is looking for an experienced Software Engineering Lead to join their team to cope with the business expansion.

Your new role

• Collaborate with different stakeholders, Software and Electronic Engineering team members to achieve project objectives and root cause analysis
• Establish, implement and oversee relevant mechanisms, policies and procedures on IT matters
• Identify technology trends to create innovative IT Solutions in accordance with the company and product roadmap
• Ensure that the IT operation complies with the relevant statutory requirements and standards
• Work across multiple workstreams relating to technology, process design, operational management and vendor management
• Provide guidance, train, and develop subordinates within the team and ensure good teamwork, morale and discipline are maintained
• Perform any other duties as assigned by senior management

What you'll need to succeed

The successful candidate should have over 15 years of experience of relevant working experience. Knowledge of software development languages such as Java, JavaScript, C/C++, Python, Rust, Linux, etc. Familiar with Bitbucket / GitHub, JIRA is a plus; Strong leadership, analytical and organizational skills
