Your new company Our client is a leading technology company in Hong Kong. They are now looking for a senior sustainability officer to expand the team.
Your new role - Support the Group in delivering sustainability reporting tasks, including setting the framework for our annual Sustainability Report and developing compelling content.
- Engage with stakeholders to ensure accurate and transparent reporting.
- Collaborate closely with group companies on ESG-related reporting materials.
- Ensure data assurance and accuracy in reporting.
- Analyze our performance gap against industry benchmarks.
- Prepare well-informed responses to external requests from ESG rating agencies such as MSCI, Sustainalytics, and HKQAA.
- Stay informed about the latest global sustainability trends.
- Conduct peer benchmarking to identify improvement areas.
- Promote sustainability expertise within the Group.
- Enhance our reputation as a responsible corporate citizen.
What you'll need to succeed
- Degree holder in Business, Communications, Public Relations, Sustainability, Environmental Studies or other relevant disciplines
- Minimum 3 years of which report writing is a must, relevant sustainability experiences is highly preferrable
- Excellent interpersonal skills with strong adaptability into a dynamic environment
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, multi-task to manage priorities
- Fluent in spoken English, Cantonese and written in English and Chinese
