Position Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Vice President/Senior Vice President of Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partner to lead our global talent acquisition efforts and serve as a strategic HR advisor to our leadership team. This dual-role position requires a deep understanding of the private equity landscape, exceptional leadership capabilities, and a proven track record in both talent acquisition and HR business partnering.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy that aligns with the firm’s business goals and growth objectives.
- HR Business Partnering: Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing strategic HR guidance and support to drive organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.
- Talent Sourcing: Identify and attract top talent through innovative sourcing strategies, including networking, headhunting, and leveraging industry connections.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with senior leadership, hiring managers, and HR teams to understand talent needs and provide strategic guidance on recruitment and HR best practices.
- Organizational Development: Support organizational development initiatives, including talent management, succession planning, and leadership development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in talent acquisition/ HR Business Private Equity within the private equity or financial services industry.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and scaling talent acquisition and HR functions in a global, fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of the private equity industry and its unique talent and HR requirements.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
