• Work with cross-functional teams to meet technical needs and supervise junior developers.
• Lead technical discussions with vendors and stakeholders.
• Create technical design and architecture documents.
• Resolve complex technical issues and conduct root cause analysis.
• Gather and analyze user requirements for application improvements.
• Lead the application platform implementation.
• Ensure adherence to company development standards.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 7 years of IT experience.
• Proven experience in implementation and support of web-based application systems
• Knowledge of frontend development technology like HTML / CSS / JavaScript
• Knowledge of object-oriented programming languages, such as C#, Java or C++
• Experience in database management systems like SQL Server or MySQL
