• Application Development: Design, develop, and maintain applications using Appian, JIRA and Power Automate to support finance transformation initiatives.
• Integration: Collaborate with other developers and stakeholders to integrate applications with existing systems and processes.
• Requirements Analysis: Work closely with business analysts to gather and analyse requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
• Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct unit testing and facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure applications meet business needs and quality standards.
• Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, user manuals, and deployment guides.
• Support and Maintenance: Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for deployed applications, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction.
• Collaboration: Work alongside project managers, business analysts, and other developers in an Agile environment to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in software development.
• Proven hands-on experience with Appian, JIRA and Power Automate has an advantage.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, or Python.
• Strong understanding of databases (e.g., SQL, Oracle).
• Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, RESTful APIs).
• Understanding of financial processes and systems, preferably in a corporate finance setting.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
